I think I've reached my threshold for journal article tolerance. Never read so many in a whole month! Then again 4th week of uni has just begun, so make that 3 weeks. They use such fancy words that you have to dissect and rearrange in order for them to make sense. Once you take the time to do so (which incidentally is also the hardest part), hey! they're not so bad. But somehow I find gaming or passively watching tv more interesting (man, I can just game for hours and feel guilty for hours afterwards), which begs the question, how do I discipline myself? Well, both my favourite shows have ended their seasons (Grey's and Desperate Housewives-which is good) BUT other shows like Rules of Engagement and Big Bang Theory are starting to grasp my academically-repulsed attention (BAD!). I gave this problem some thought during the holidays and decided DIVX player/recorder is the answer: record whatever show I'm interested in and I can watch them over the weekend or when I have a short study break. I mentioned the idea a few times to the Big Kahuna and he says 'ah yes yes, that is a splendid idea my dear.' He went out and bought a DIVX player sans recorder.

Ah well, I tried to reform my study behaviour, alas to no avail, through no fault of mine I should say. Time to think of something else (other than the article in PDF format in front of me). Ta ra~
